Defense F1 - High Yield and Disease-Resistant Hybrid Cucumbers

Defense F1 is a hybrid cucumber variety from Enza Zaden, known for its vigorous and robust growth. This makes it an excellent choice for challenging weather conditions, as its fruiting recovers quickly. In addition to its resistance to powdery mildew, this variety offers crucial protection against the Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV), making it indispensable in regions with high pressure from whiteflies, aphids, and other virus carriers. Many growers use Defense F1 as a buffer in areas with the most intense attacks, ensuring consistent fruit production and high yields. The fruits reach lengths of 34 to 37 cm and boast exceptional commercial qualities.

Resistances:

• Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV)
• Target Spot (Cca)
• Scab (Ccu)
